Putting It Into Practice

1

Synthesize and organize data:

If not yet completed, synthesize the data you’ve collected from your community in your Design Journey Notebook. Synthesize the data you’ve collected from your Inspiration Visit in the Design Journey Notebook.

2

Reflect and Refine:

As a team, review the synthesized feedback. Identify which insights should shape your Bold School Concept.

  • What hopes, needs, and assets emerged that should inform the direction of our design?
  • What feedback aligns with the XQ Design Principles and strengthens the urgency or clarity of our Case for Change?
  • What changes will make our Case for Change more grounded in what our community values most?
  • What did this feedback reveal about how we’re communicating our purpose or vision? How might we build greater clarity and conviction so future engagement leads to deeper, more informed input?

Document your design decisions and rationale in your Design Journey Notebook. Then, refine your Case for Change accordingly.
