A few weeks before Design Experience 2, you will check in with each school team to monitor progress on key pre-work tasks—including community engagement, inspiration visit reflections, and an updated Case for Change. These check-ins help surface challenges, offer timely feedback, and ensure teams are synthesizing what they’ve learned as they move toward bolder visions.

Goal
Support each school team to stay on track by checking in on progress, offering light-touch feedback on in-progress work, and ensuring readiness for the upcoming Design Experience.
