You will verify pre-work completion (Learning Experience V1.1 and Conditions Reflection), align tightly with the facilitation partner, and lock in operational details.

Partner with facilitators to coordinate logistics, resources, and communication with schools. Align on the district team’s role during the Design Experience to ensure a smooth, cohesive session. Bring helpful context to the table, including school-specific insights and any trends or patterns you’re seeing across schools.

Support school teams:

Make sure school teams are ready, including engaging community, revising their Learning Experience, reflecting on conditions, and completing all pre-work. Confirm dates and logistics—travel, sub coverage, materials, etc.—are in place.

Align as a district team:

Clarify your district team’s role during the Design Experience so everyone knows when to support, observe, or help synthesize learning.
