Your role is to ensure readiness across all levels—confirming that teams have completed pre-work, finalizing logistics, and offering last-mile support to help facilitators guide a productive and energizing two-day session.

Make sure school teams are ready, including engaging community, revising their Model-at-a-Glance, and completing all pre-work. Confirm dates and logistics—travel, sub coverage, materials, etc.—are in place.
