In Design Experience 5: Preparing for Implementation, you will finalize a presentation of your polished Bold School Concept while mapping out your Path to Success. You will carefully review each aspect of your Bold School Concept, ensuring it all fits together smoothly. Reflective discussions about your journey and the practical implications of your plans will be in focus. You will also take a moment to look inward, celebrating personal growth and collective achievements. You are well prepared to present your Bold School Concept and begin Phase 4: Implementation.
Outputs
- Bold School Concept: A fully developed, coherent collection of artifacts that together capture your bold vision for student learning, grounded in community voice, research, and the XQ Design Principles.
- Path to Success: A high-level view of the resource shifts, capacity needs, and enabling conditions required to bring your Bold School Concept to life and sustain it over time.
Goals
Engage in a holistic stepback on your Bold School Concept; share final work and celebrate; develop an initial Path to Success; and reflect on key learnings.

The district must have completed the following steps:

- District Step 12: Preparing for Design Experience 5
Then, schools, the district, and finally the facilitation partner will gather for Design Experience 5.
