Creating the Conditions for Success

Before launching Phase 3, your district transformation team will work alongside the facilitation partner to prepare for the journey ahead. This step is focused on laying the foundation: reviewing the Design Experience scope and sequence, scheduling key dates, and clarifying communication structures and roles. Together, you will align on how to support schools, coordinate logistics, and track progress across teams.
