After Design Experience 2, you will send clear, motivating follow-up messages to school and district teams. These messages celebrate team progress, reinforce momentum, and outline key next steps. Each message should include a brief recap of accomplishments, links to essential tools and resources, and reminders of what’s most important as teams move forward.

Outputs

Customized follow-up message to each school team, including:

  • A summary of resources from Design Experience 2, along with resources
  • The link to the post–Design Experience 2 checklist or tracker in the Design Journey Notebook
  • Reminders about next steps for engaging community and refining the Model-at-a-Glance and Bold School Concept

Send a follow-up message to teams that includes the following:

  • A summary of the Design Experience: Highlight team momentum and share bright spots and/or insights from the experience.
  • Next steps: Flag Design Journey Notebook sections for tracking next steps and synthesizing new insights.
  • Key resources:
  • Timeline Reminders: Offer suggested timing under “Milestones & Deadlines” to support teams to hit their key milestones before Design Experience 3.
  • Copy district leads so all parties see the guidance.
