Overview

As schools approach Design Experience 5, you play an important role in ensuring that both school teams and facilitators are fully prepared. You’ll provide needed context, resources, and alignment so school teams are ready to share their full Bold School Concept and engage in Path to Success planning. You will also help facilitators prepare to lead the experience effectively. In addition, you will help troubleshoot any last-minute hurdles, confirm logistics, and ensure shared clarity on priorities for Design Experience 5.

  • Facilitators Prepped for Design Experience 5: Facilitation partner is prepped with Facilitator Guide and aligned with the district team on logistics, roles, and school-specific context

Support facilitator preparation:

Partner with facilitators to coordinate logistics, resources, and communication with schools. Align on the district team’s role during the Design Experience to ensure a smooth, cohesive session. Bring helpful context to the table, including school-specific insights and any trends or patterns you’re seeing across schools.

Support school teams:

Make sure school teams are ready, including engaging community, refining their Bold School Concept, and preparing to present. Confirm dates and logistics—travel, sub coverage, materials, etc.—are in place.

Align as a district team:

Clarify your district team’s role during the Design Experience so everyone knows when to support, observe, or help synthesize learning.
