Supporting Schools With Next Steps
Overview
Following Design Experience 3, your team plays a key role in helping school teams stay on pace as they refine their Learning Experience and strengthen their Bold School Concept. In this step, you will check in with each school-based lead to monitor progress, offer light-touch feedback on evolving artifacts, and identify any emerging logistical or resource barriers. You will also coordinate with the facilitation partner to ensure each team has the support needed to complete key tasks between Design Experiences 3 and 4. This includes refining Learning Experience V1.0, updating Bold School Concept artifacts, and completing a Conditions Reflection, so teams arrive confident and prepared for Design Experience 4.
Outputs
- A pacing check-in summary or meeting notes documenting school team progress
- Light-touch feedback on evolving school artifacts (e.g., comments, or a short email summary)
- A written or verbal prep update for the facilitation partner
